Ridgewood Capital Funding, Inc. is a NASDQ broker dealer based in the United States. Mr. Potter’s career has included Senior Management positions with groups such as White Weld & Co., Inc. New York and London, Toronto Dominion Bank, Toronto and New York, Barclays Bank PLC, New York and London and Prudential Securities, Inc., New York.
Mr. Potter serves as a Director for the following organizations: First Australian Fund ($250 million) American Stock Exchange, First Australian Prime Income Fund ($1.8 Billion) American Stock Exchange, First Australian Prime Income Co. Ltd. (C$700 million) Toronto Stock Exchange, First Commonwealth Fund ($350 Million) NYSE, Impulsora do Fundo de Mexico ($900 Million), Alexandria Bancorp (C$15 Billion) and the National Foreign Trade Council, Washington DC and New York. Mr. Potter also serves on Corporate Boards for International Panorama Resources (CVE), Longevity Institute, Inc., EC Power Inc. (NASDQ), PPF International (CVE), Manhattan Studios, Inc. (Private, U.S.) and Borsa Merci Triesta SPA, (Private, Italy). Mr. Potter graduated with an MBA from Harvard University and an A.B. from Colgate University.
