Ms. Laperle is an experienced human resources executive and consultant with proven strategic planning, leadership and organizational development skills. She has strengths both strategically and practically, and can provide the relevant HR framework and solutions for any size organization, at any stage in their business development. During her corporate career, Ms. Laperle was Vice President Human Resources for several national retail chains, and as a Consultant, Ms. Laperle's clientele is varied, ranging from small professional firms to large multi-nationals. Ms. Laperle is a graduate of the University of Toronto, with an MBA in International Business.
